Want a vinaigrette to perk up vegetables or salad? Just combine olive oil,  
vinegar and herbs of your choice in the bowl and pulse to blend. Be sure not to  
exceed the MAX liquid level.  
To pureé a cooked vegetable or fruit for a garnish over meat, add up to 2 cups  
of the food to the bowl and process until smooth.
